How does lightfusion™ work?
As we age, our skin becomes thinner, drier and develops wrinkles. Changes in the connective tissue reduce the skin’s strength and elasticity, known as elastosis. lightfusion™ uses two specific wavelengths of light – natural visible red light and near infrared. After a single lightfusion™ treatment clinical studies show improved hydration, a brighter, clearer complexion and softer, smoother skin due to the instant hydration and enhanced absorption of the ingredients in the Hydrogel Mask – specially developed to optimise the light wavelengths, to deliver superior anti-ageing results from your first treatment.
After a course of treatments, deeper results have been verified to include wrinkle reduction, improved elasticity and skin tone with a noticeably brighter and fresher complexion due to the increased blood flow, tissue oxygenation and increased cellular ATP (Adenosine triphosphate).
What is the treatment like?
Following a deep cleanse and exfoliation, the lightfusion™ Hydrogel Mask is applied, this is both cooling and deeply hydrating before the lightfusion™ device is placed over the Hydrogel Mask. After 10 minutes both are removed and the facial will continue.
Following your Photo-Facial you will be given a complimentary sachet of lightfusion™ Sleep Recovery Cream to use later the same evening to enable the effects of the light to carry on working hours after the treatment is completed. You can apply as a mask for 10-15 minutes or leave overnight before rinsing off.
