The Beauty Barn requires at least 48hrs notice for a cancellation or a fee of 50% will be charged. Always contact the Beauty Barn as soon as possible as in some cases this fee maybe waivered . If you are late for an appointment, the Beauty Barn reserves the right to shorten or rearrange you appointment.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months only and may be purchased in person, online or over the phone.
In the interest of clients and therapist health and safety, please do not bring babies or children into the salon, unless previously agreed with Toni.

If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medications that may affect your treatment in any way, please contact the Beauty Barn as soon a possible.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any part of your treatment, please do let us know. Make sure this is brought to Toni’s attention within the next 24 – 48hrs.
The Beauty Barn takes your privacy very seriously. The information we ask for only relates specifically to the treatment your are having, to ensure it is carried out safely. All your details will be stored on your password protected systems and never shared with anyone else. You can see your information at any time and it can be deleted or amended.

We will need your Names, address (including postcode), phone number, email address, Doctors detailsand information about your age and health in order for a treatment to proceed.
The reason we need all the above information of so treatments can be carried out safely and for insurance purposes. We are required to store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment, or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 1. If you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for our data because we need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not we cannot offe you a treatment with the Beauty Barn. you must fulfill your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for us to fulfil ours (carrying out a treatment).
